How do I contact the JCHD Board of Trustees?

If an individual wants to contact a board member, they can email communications@jeffcohealth.org and put “ATTN BOARD” in the email or subject line. The Public Communications Officer will then forward those messages on to each board member within 24-48 business hours.

How do I submit a Sunshine or Records Request?

If an individual wants to request records from JCHD, send an email to cor@jeffcohealth.org requesting the information. All requests for materials will be charged under the AG office Sunshine guidelines for cost of labor and materials.
