Mobile Wellness Van
With support from our partners in health including Missouri Foundation for Health, Jefferson County Rotary Club, and Jefferson Foundation, the Mobile Wellness van provides services to residents of Jefferson County.
The mobile unit provides treatment for minor injuries and illnesses and provide prevention and wellness services. Sports physicals, nutrition consultations, and resource and provider referrals will also be available on the unit.
