Jefferson County Health Department: Requests for Bids
The Jefferson County Health Department (JCHD) is soliciting sealed bids for the design and development of a mobile healthcare vehicle. Sealed bids should be for the purpose of design, fabrication, and delivery of a mobile vehicle capable of housing healthcare services, personnel, and medical equipment with the purpose of providing daily direct healthcare in all areas of Jefferson County.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Sealed bids will be accepted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Design and Development of a Mobile Healthcare Vehicle” no later than January 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CST at the following location:
Jefferson County Health Department, 405 Main Street, Hillsboro MO 63050
All bids must contain the name of the vendor and manufacturer, signature, and printed name of the submitting agent, title of agent, vendor contact information including address, phone number, and email address.
Electronic or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Bids received after 2:00p.m. CST on January 22, 2024, will not be considered and will not be opened.
