NOTICE TO BOARD AND ALL ATTENDEES:

Due to the current conditions associated with COVID-19, pursuant to guidance by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the Board will conduct its meetings virtually and will not physically meet at the Health Center. The Board will be provided with a Zoom invitation prior to the meeting, which is not to be shared with the public. The Public may virtually attend the meeting via the above-referenced link.

III. Reading of the JCHC Mission and Vision – Mr. James Prater

2. Promotion of Candidates to Positions Created in Organizational Chart.

3. Consideration of Resolution Addressing Use of Face Coverings on JCHD Property.

VI. Closed Session –

A part of the meeting with closed meeting, closed record and closed vote may be conducted by the Board of Trustees relating to legal action, causes of action or litigation involving the Jefferson County Health Department [610.021 (1)], any confidential or privileged communications between the Board of Trustees of the Jefferson County Health Department or its representatives and its attorneys [610.021 (1)], acquiring or leasing real estate by the Jefferson County Health Department where public knowledge of the transactions might adversely affect the legal considerations therefore [610.021 (2)]; the hiring, firing, discipling, or promoting of a particular employee/employees by Jefferson County Health Department where personal information about the employee is disclosed or recorded [610.021 (3)]; and records which are protected from disclosure bylaw [610.021 (14)].
