to participate in their own health care by offering services at an affordable rate,
with locations & times accessible to them.

- Colorectal testing (home kits available)
- Hepatitis A Clinics for food handlers

These services are avaible on a fee for service basis and an appointment is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS & RESULTS
Must be over 18, unless parent or guardian is present & signs consent.
Results are confidential. A copy of your lab results will be mailed directly to
you.
All services are self pay only. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurance.
