People With Arthritis Can Exercise!

One of the most helpful things you can do for your arthritis is to exercise wisely. A proper balance of exercise and rest, when combined with appropriate arthritis medications, can help relieve stiffness and maintain or improve your joint mobility and muscle strength.

The Health Department offers the following People with Arthritis Can Exercise (PACE) classes to keep you moving:

  • DeSoto Library on Tuesday's and Thursday's 9-10am
  • High Ridge Library on Monday's and Wednesday's 9-10am

There is a $5.00 fee to purchase the class booklet to get you started, the classes themselves are free of charge. Please call 636-797-3737 for more information.
