 Smiles To Go,
Mobile Dental Clinic
Providing kids with the dental care they need, and
the smiles they deserve!
Goals: To ensure knowledge of proper oral health
preventative techniques and to ensure access to dental services for low-income,
uninsured or underinsured children by eliminating the barriers of:
- lack-of-money,
- lack-of-providers,
- lack-of-transportation,
- inconvenient service hours,
- lack of knowledge about the importance of dental
care.
The Smiles to Go, Mobile Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental services to
children ages 3-18 who are on Missouri Medicaid or are uninsured. Services include:
Preventive
Oral exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, x-rays and sealants
Restorative
Cavity treatment and simple extractions
Educational
Instruction on correct brushing, flossing techniques and complete oral care
Convenient
No more missed appointments! The Mobile Dental Clinic is scheduled at your child’s
school one-week a year. You can register with your school for and your child will
be seen for treatment during school hours.
